PACKAGE TERMS/CONDITIONS:
All packages are available by advanced reservation only. There is a $200 deposit required on all packages.
For a full deposit refund, you will need to cancel within sixty days before your reservation.
If you wish to pay with *CASH* you will receive a 5% discount on the cabin portion. We accept check payments and all major credit cards are accepted with a 4% transaction fee.
All guests must have a credit card on file, even if a credit card is not being used for payment.
Renters are responsible for all costs of replacement or repair of any and all damages to rental boats, motors, and equipment.
Renters must be over 18 years of age.
No refunds due to weather or early returns.
During peak season, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Peak season is from June through August. Give us a call for availability and possible shorter stays.
One room cabin/boat combination rates are priced for 1-2 people \ Two room cabin/boat combination rates are priced for 1-4 people
SORRY, WE ARE UNABLE TO RENT BOATS TO THE PUBLIC UNLESS YOU ARE STAYING AT THE RESORT.
BOAT REFERENCE:
(A) This 16ft Alumacraft with NEW 2025 25HP electric start motor, trolling motor, Garmin FF, livewell, charger, life jackets, and throw cushion. The maximum number of people is 3. Rods and reels, tackle, bait, and life jackets are also available for rent.
(B) This 2021 20ft Pontoon is fully equipped with 90 HP Mercury Motor, Hummingbird GPS/ Fish Finder (7” screen), Life jackets, and throw cushion. There is a maximum of 8 people or 1,210 lbs. Rods and reels, tackle, bait, and life jackets are also available for rent.
(C) Our 22ft Fishing Pontoon comes with a 90 HP, 4 stroke motor. There is also a trolling motor, LCR, livewell, life jackets, and throw cushion. The maximum amount of people is 8. Rods and reels, tackle, bait, and life jackets are also available for rent.
(D) This 2023 24ft Tritoon is fully equipped with a 115 HP Mercury Motor, Tow/ski bar. Tube & ropes are not provided. Hummingbird GPS/Fish Finder (5” screen), Life Jackets, & throw cushion are included. There is a maximum of 10 people or 1240 lbs. Tubes, Ropes, Rods, Reels, tackle, bait and life jackets are also available for rent.
