Waterfront Resort has been family owned and operated for over 41 years. After spending 15 years visiting the area and creating cherished memories of their own, Dale & Sarah made the decision to retire from government careers and a successful family business in the Chicagoland area to relocate to Arkansas and purchase the family resort.

Their goal is to continue sharing the same peaceful, relaxing experiences their family has enjoyed for generations on Bull Shoals Lake—where time slows down, nature takes center stage, and lasting memories are made.

When Dale and Sarah aren’t busy running the resort during the season, they enjoy CrossFit and staying active, boating, fishing, and embracing the outdoor lifestyle that lake life offers. They also enjoy traveling to visit their two adult children, who are now building professional careers in different states.
